Medical Disclaimer

Version 2.1 · updated 10/07/2026

The Service, including all coaching, programs, videos and guidance, is provided for general health and fitness purposes and is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. 1. Get clearance first. Consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have or suspect a medical condition, are injured or recovering, are pregnant or postpartum, have cardiovascular, metabolic or respiratory conditions, or take medication. 2. Stop and seek help. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, palpitations, unusual or sharp pain, or feel unwell during or after exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. 3. Your disclosures. You are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant health information in your questionnaire and check-ins and for updating it if your health changes. Our guidance is based on the information you provide; incomplete or inaccurate information affects its suitability. 4. No practitioner relationship. Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient or allied-health practitioner relationship. Our coaches are strength and conditioning coaches, not your treating clinicians. 5. Your confirmation. By continuing you confirm that you are medically able to undertake exercise, or that you have obtained appropriate clearance from your doctor, and that you assume responsibility for exercising safely.
